Cancellation policy

This policy applies to products purchased on a recurring subscription from Dazzling Dog Nutritionals.
What you are agreeing to
When you choose a subscription at checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis — at the price and delivery interval shown at checkout — until you cancel. Your subscription renews on its own; there is nothing you need to do to continue it.
The price, the billing frequency, and the first charge date are displayed before you place the order, and they are repeated in your order confirmation email. Charges appear on your statement under our business name.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no minimum number of orders.
- In your account: log in at dazzlingdognutritionals.com, open Manage subscription, and choose Cancel. This takes effect immediately.
- By email: write to info@dazzlingdognutritionals.com and we will cancel it for you.
From the same place you can also skip a shipment, change how often it arrives, reschedule your next delivery date, or update your address or payment method.
Timing
Cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for that shipment. We ship within 24 hours of a charge, so once an order has been processed we cannot pull it back — but if a renewal catches you off guard, email us and we will refund it, and you do not need to send the product back.
Your renewal date is shown in your account, and we email you before each renewal.
Price changes
If we ever change your subscription price or billing interval, we will email you in advance and you will have the chance to cancel before the change takes effect.
Failed payments
If a charge is declined, we may retry it and may pause or cancel your subscription. You can update your card in your account at any time.
Refunds
Every subscription order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 90 days of the order and we will refund it. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
