Welcome to dazzlingdognutritionals.com (the "Site"), operated by Dazzling Dog Nutritionals ("Dazzling Dog," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, browsing our content, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Our Products

Dazzling Dog Nutritionals sells nutritional supplements for dogs. Our products are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Nothing on this Site is veterinary advice. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any supplement, particularly if your dog is pregnant or nursing, is taking medication, or has a diagnosed medical condition. Individual results vary — customer testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of any particular outcome.

3. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price or where we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be discontinued at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Some products are offered on a recurring subscription ("Subscribe & Save" or similar). Please read this section carefully.

Consent to recurring charges. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis, at the interval and price disclosed at checkout, until you cancel. Charges will appear on your statement under our business name.

Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. Each renewal ships and bills at the then-current subscription price and interval unless you change or cancel it first.

Managing your subscription. You can skip a shipment, change the delivery interval, update your shipping address or payment method, or cancel at any time through your customer account portal, or by emailing info@dazzlingdognutritionals.com. Changes and cancellations take effect for future orders only.

Cancellation timing. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Because we ship within 24 hours, an order that has already been processed cannot be stopped — but it is still covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

Price changes. We will give you advance notice by email before any change to your subscription price or billing interval takes effect, and you may cancel before the change applies.

Failed payments. If a payment is declined, we may retry the charge and may pause or cancel the subscription. Keeping your payment details current is your responsibility.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

6. Shipping

7. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@dazzlingdognutritionals.com of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe anyone's rights; transmit malware or harmful code; scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Site without permission; interfere with the Site's operation or security; resell our products without our written authorization; or impersonate any person or entity.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under California law for fraud, personal injury, or willful misconduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dazzling Dog Nutritionals from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing here prevents either party from bringing a claim in small claims court.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply going forward. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept them.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
